What would the Olympics be without the Olympic Houses of federations and sponsors? At these houses, you can have a good time, sampling food from around the world. The only problem is that they only open during the Games.

For everyone working in PyeongChang at the moment this situation is quite dire. There are plenty of Korean restaurants and the very few who offer Western food charge exorbitant prices. Pizzas for over $20 are the norm in the mountains.

KhayaHouse is the answer to all these challenges. Situated just below Sky Terra, 500 meters from the IBC, this restaurant offers food and drinks at reasonable rates. On 3rd January the pop-up restaurant opened its doors in a converted parking garage. For every lunch and dinner the kitchen produces different meals such as pastas, burgers, chicken wings and pizzas. The bartenders serve cold beer as well as whiskey and glühwein. You can also enjoy a generous Western/Japanese breakfast buffet.
