As per the Japanese government Covid-19 travel protocols, all visitors to Japan have to spend the first few days in a quarantine hotel and most of them don’t offer a lot of comfort or space. After the mandatory quarantine period, your Khaya account manager will be on hand to ensure you enjoy Japanese Hospitality in your preferred hotels and apartments.

Our multilingual crew are taking care of all our Khaya guest needs. Since going out is not recommended home-delivered Japanese specialities are high on the agenda for most of the guests.

The Khaya team goes to great lengths to ensure that all guest have a smooth, safe and enjoyable stay

We wish all our valued clients a productive and pleasant time in Japan!

Stay safe!

Arrivals into Tokyo are subject to Covid-19 regulations per country
