The 19th edition of the Asian Games is due to take place in Hangzhou, a vibrant city filled with young and old, ancient and ultra-modern.

The spectacle will consist of 46 sports, nearly 50% more than at the Tokyo Olympics. The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has invited Oceanian countries including Australia to compete at the 2022 Asian Games.
